Went in for a carwash and detail. Someone stood on the leather seat, breaking and dislodging the plastic trim and tearing the leather. They did not take responsibility, but instead offered two free car washes. My wife went alone. Customers (particularly solo ladies) beware.

Sat in the right lane and watched 2 cars come in and out in the left lane before they were able to service me in the right lane, got tired of waiting so we left, a waste of time , back work flow management someone needs to be traffic control.

Most of the time this place is AOK but my last visit they failed to to wipe down the top and did not vacuum out the back of my small SUV. MY BAD. Next time I will check before leaving the place.

I just had an oil change there and I really liked my experience. Ben and Andrew helped me today and were very kind and professional. I don't know much about cars, but they answered my questions and explained things very politely and clearly. Ben even removed a yellow scratch from my car for me from when my car scraped against a parking pole. I was second in line when I arrived and the wait was not terrible, and in the end, very worth it. While on a road trip through Santa Fe, I had my car washed here for the second time. I have this place bookmarked. They did a very good job and it was quick.

My boyfriend recommended this place. You just pull right up and wait in your car while they go to work. I was offered a refreshing beverage and the guys were super nice. They told me I wouldn't be pressured to purchase and add on recommendations. And I get a free car wash next door. Sweet deal! $60 with a free car wash and a $10 off coupon. I'll be back.

Thanks to reviews from Yelpers... I'm glad I drove past several other car washes all the way down Cerrillos. Oil Stop did a top notch job the way old school car washes did. We're sparkling clean and happy!

Im serious when I say this. I experienced the BEST customer service of my life. Maybe the best customer experience ever experienced by anyone ever. I personally want to thank Ben, who went above and beyond. My friend and I were awed by his awesome display of service. I won't go into details on this. However I've given the details to many friends and family and will continue to do so. I will never go anyone else for my oil changes....... 5* service........
