They double charged me for oil change. I posted a negative review on YELP. Manager responded and said he needed info on the transaction. I sent him a pic of the bill. No response. Dishonest business.

Good quick oil change which includes a thorough inspection, toping off of fluids, etc. They keep you informed throughout the process (show you the dipstick etc.). Very entertaining banter between workers. They do try to sell you additional services and additives but you can just say "no thanks".

This place came highly recommended to me so I thought I would give it a try. First off they tell you they're not on commission so they won't try to sell you anything. But they will offer you something to drink as soon as you come in for your time in the car. I like sitting in my car as opposed to a waiting room. So does my dog. The Oilstop employee put the wrong weight of oil in my daughter's car, then refused to communicate with her about it; he would only speak to her boyfriend about the issue. Adding insult to discrimination, the Oil Stop employee charged her double for the oil change. Her vintage 4Runner is not built to use the low-viscosity oil that the attendant put in it. He should know better and should not discriminate against people based on their gender. Very disappointed in Oil Stop in Santa Fe.

So they have three levels of car cleaning. We chose the highest or "best". What a sad disappointment. The rims were quickly wiped over (I came home and tested the dust left on the rim and it came off easy). Between the spokes they are filthy and i could write my initials in the break dust, it was definitely not stained! The vacuum is half ass'd it is beyond belief! The dirt on the carpet is still there. Always good service and a good job. The folks who work there make this a great place to have the car cleaned. And they like my dogs! Update: They've changed their canned music from oldies to obnoxious rap style, pounding, and shrieky music. I'd sit outside but there aren't enough seats in the shade. Maybe that's your style of music but it's not mine.

Paid for the full package! Then they had the nerve not even to touch the back of my 4 Runner. which is where i needed it the most.. I will never go back.. I paid for the full package and deserve better service ... if there was a problem not doing the back.. for whatever reason.. then I should have been told... sad sad... do not go to this place!! I will be looking for another one!

Went 3 times over a week at different hours and l have been told each time that the wait is 1 to 1.5 hours because there's only one person changing the oil. Too bad because I liked going there in the past

Super fast as always, but I don't believe I have an oil leak. Just had everything fixed at the dealership (for once).
