It's a great place to get your car washed. It's a wee bit expensive for a expensive for a regular car wash! It was $34.50 and I had to bring it back as the windshield was not cleaned well and when the water sport hit the sun. I could hardly see. It was close to closing time, but I don't think I'll be back.

I have been using Oilstop Carwash for many years and been very satisfied. This time I paid $39 (including 20% tip) for an exterior and interior wash. The guys did not open the back hatch to vacuum nor did they wash the interior rear window. To make things worse there was a loud noise when my car was going through the wash, I jumped up to look and my car was coming out. I brought my Toyota Tacoma in for a wash and interior cleaning today, bought the top-level package and it was a mess. The exterior had water marks and the passenger side windows were not wiped off, random sticky patches on the exterior were never cleaned off, and the windshield was grimy all around the perimeter. The interior was terrible, they evidently didn't even notice that it had a back seat until I asked them to go back and clean it. A total waste of time and money. I am terribly disappointed.

Isome white residue is on all door panels and interior surfaces that were cleaned. I called to ask if they could fix it and they said no but I could pay $200 for a detail. I guess they don't care

They double charged me for oil change. I posted a negative review on YELP. Manager responded and said he needed info on the transaction. I sent him a pic of the bill. No response. Dishonest business.

Good quick oil change which includes a thorough inspection, toping off of fluids, etc. They keep you informed throughout the process (show you the dipstick etc.). Very entertaining banter between workers. They do try to sell you additional services and additives but you can just say "no thanks".

This place came highly recommended to me so I thought I would give it a try. First off they tell you they're not on commission so they won't try to sell you anything. But they will offer you something to drink as soon as you come in for your time in the car. I like sitting in my car as opposed to a waiting room. So does my dog. I do feel confident in the abilities of this team. Someone is underneath the car draining fluids and the team on the ground floor is calling down and confirming the customer services. The Oilstop employee put the wrong weight of oil in my daughter's car, then refused to communicate with her about it; he would only speak to her boyfriend about the issue. Adding insult to discrimination, the Oil Stop employee charged her double for the oil change. Her vintage 4Runner is not built to use the low-viscosity oil that the attendant put in it. He should know better and should not discriminate against people based on their gender. Very disappointed in Oil Stop in Santa Fe.
