Been using this place fir over 19 years I won't ever come back I never complain but today it just to much . Today I pay same service same car and I for vacuum and I guss starting today if they see hair in your car they don't vacuum but they will charge you I ask for a refund he men said it was the hair but the fact was that they didn't vacuum clean and they left the trash in my car a soda can but they did charge me . Fast a thorough drive-through oil change service. They offer you additional services but there is no pressure. They also resent the little oil light. Thanks guys, you made my oil change painless!

Ok so this is the second chance I have to oil stop to correct previous car washing mistakes. After paying for the most expensive wash they offer($35) they still didn't do the job that was stated on the wash description. After talking with a "manager" she stated to me that vacuuming was part of the "detail process" which would cost $100 or so. Last I checked vacuuming is a standard part of the cleaning process. I brought my very dirty Jeep in for a wash, got the very best option. It was decent, but definitely a lot of details missed. So... it's a good wash but don't expect perfection or anything close to it

Possibly the most professional oil change place I've been to in 57 years. Most places are great, some places are good, and a few you'd never return to, but the main thing is TRUST. I really was impressed these guys knew their business. Not that the Oil Change Business is complicated, but you want to know its being done RIGHT. These are your kind of people! We are visiting Santa Fe. This place has the absolute worst service and our truck sat in the sun for almost 30 minutes after it was washed before anyone attended to it. $20 to wash the outside of your car! They do not vacuum it. They don't even open your back doors. Skip this place. They suck.

The personnel was amazing (Javin and crew) for the oil change. They explained step by step what they were doing and helped me out along the way. I'll be back. I did give it 4 stars because it's rather pricey.

While I love the thorough job the crew does - perhaps the best in town - a recent price hike has left me wondering is the service is worth the cost. A basic exterior-only wash is now $15. I guess the good news is that it only takes five minutes to get your car washed?!

In these uncertain times we find ourselves ever more cautious of our actions and decisions. Oil stop has been my go-to over the years and I continue to go back due to the high level of customer service I receive. I called ahead to see what kind of social guidelines they had implemented. Ben, the Manager assured and informed me of the measures in place. Above and beyond once again. Thank you and your amazing staff for not only taking care of my ride, but making sure you took care of me and my genuine concerns as well!
