So they have three levels of car cleaning. We chose the highest or "best". What a sad disappointment. The rims were quickly wiped over (I came home and tested the dust left on the rim and it came off easy). Between the spokes they are filthy and i could write my initials in the break dust, it was definitely not stained! The vacuum is half ass'd it is beyond belief! The dirt on the carpet is still there. Always good service and a good job. The folks who work there make this a great place to have the car cleaned. And they like my dogs! Update: They've changed their canned music from oldies to obnoxious rap style, pounding, and shrieky music. I'd sit outside but there aren't enough seats in the shade. Maybe that's your style of music but it's not mine.

Paid for the full package! Then they had the nerve not even to touch the back of my 4 Runner. which is where i needed it the most.. I will never go back.. I paid for the full package and deserve better service ... if there was a problem not doing the back.. for whatever reason.. then I should have been told... sad sad... do not go to this place!! I will be looking for another one!

Went 3 times over a week at different hours and l have been told each time that the wait is 1 to 1.5 hours because there's only one person changing the oil. Too bad because I liked going there in the past

Super fast as always, but I don't believe I have an oil leak. Just had everything fixed at the dealership (for once).

Love this place. I used to put off getting oil changes (terrible I know) but since this place I haven't had one overdue. They are polite and just tell you what they see you might need and how much it costs. It is up to you and you don't feel pressured. Was in a long line and still got out in under an hour.

Not happy. I paid $27 for a half assed wash and vacuum. They barely vacuumed. Didn't remove my car mats. Didn't wash my rear view mirrors. They rushed through it and it wasn't even busy. I guess that's the Santa Fe way now. Charge a boatload for subpar service. This long time customer will not be returning...

Shoutout to Dominic, Adam, and Julian! Nicholas was super friendly and really took his time with me to make sure we had everything taken care of. The entire shop was very professional and thorough, but fast. Good job guys. Definitely a good experience!
