I was visiting Santa Fe from out of state, and I needed to get an oil change. This business was an excellent choice for me. Their service was fantastic and they explained everything that they were providing step-by-step.It was fine to say "no thank you" to some of the additional treatments offered with the oil change. These guys dont even deserve 1 star.. I got a basic wash just inside and out, plus I asked for dog hair removal.. came out to $31. They estimated my time of wait to 25 minutes, which I was totally fine with. An hour went by and they told me my car was done, but all I did was look in the window and I could still see a BUNCH of dog hair. So I told the manager who was no more than useless, he had a guy get more dog hair out he said.. and an hour later I ask for my first receipt so I could see what time I came in. Several months ago, they tore the side of my leather seat with something sharp during a car wash. I did not notice for several days and never complained about it to them. Today, they tore the leather on the steering wheel. I showed it to them immediately and they claimed they did not do it. Guess it was the wind. I asked for a refund and head rag guy told me to see the manager tomorrow.
Best car wash in Santa Fe! Other car washes don't pay attention to detail. Car comes out still dirty. Do t get bugs off windshield. Great staff as well.
Seriously the best oil change customer service in my life an I am 68 yrs old. Fun, friendly, happy and joyous group of gentlemen. We are from out of town. I wish these guys were in Louisville, KY. You will not be disappointed.
Love Oilstop! I've been taking my cars here for years and LOVE the service. Friendly technicians take care to make sure you understand what's needed on your car. The techs will even bring you a soda or water while you wait in your car. Then...you even get a coupon for ten bucks off a carwash next door! I just like friendly places like Oilstop.
Thought it was a car wash where you could stay in your car. Not so. Paid extra for mud removal in wheel well. Did a half way job.
Went in for a carwash and detail. Someone stood on the leather seat, breaking and dislodging the plastic trim and tearing the leather. They did not take responsibility, but instead offered two free car washes. My wife went alone. Customers (particularly solo ladies) beware.
