Seriously so professional and amazing. I love that I don't have to leave my car for an oil change. Erik, Jordan, and Ello? the young men helping me today, 5/24/17, were more than polite and helpful. More importantly they said my last name right every time. Having a crazy polish last name it does not happen frequently and IS SO IMPRESSIVE when it does! Little detail but a big deal to me. You have earned a loyal customer!!! Thank you!
My favorite oil stop. It's quick, convenient, the staff is not only super friendly and kind but very knowledgeable, they're not pushy like other places. They offer a complimentary drink while you wait. Their customer service is amazing. Plus you get a free car wash!!!
I have been coming to this car wash for a few years, and service has been amazing every time! From the greater to the to the dispatcher, they are amazing. They take time with your vehicle and make sure it's spotless. Towards the end they'll check in with you and have you double check, and they'll fix whatever you don't like.
Absolutely love all the changes y'all have done here! My car is so clean and your employees are awesome! Servants heart! Thank you and I will be back
Terrible service. I waited in line for 30 minutes and was never approached until I was leaving. I was then offered the owners number to call if I would like. I'm just relocating to the area and this is one place I won't go to or recommend to friends or customers.
The technicians are informative yet are able to get their sales schpeel in without being overly pushy. The buy 5 get one free is a great deal, saving me 20% over the normal price, doesn't expire and includes a free carwash! GREAT VALUE!
Incredible job and great service! One man even unlocked a glove box and worked on it for over half a hour and would not except compensation! Incredible job, really kind people
Shaun and Christian saved my life a few weekends ago! Our son threw up in the car and all over the car seat and even though we did our best to clean prior that smell is so stubborn. It was my birthday and I was so stressed and exhausted and after making an appointment on Mendocino Ave, and showing up to them being closed (even after they made us an appointment) I was feeling super anxious. I don't like the upselling but other than that, all was as advertised. The carwash is a nice added bonus.
