Zach was my Service Rep. He and others were professional well manered, and willing to answer questions. I Highly recommend.
Great job on my oil change and awesome customer service with quick and courteous service that also offers free drinks + a free car wash! Yes they did offer a few times to upsell me on some things but I never felt super pressured and as a woman especially who happens to know a bit about cars I really appreciate their respectful attitudes and low pressure.

Great employees at this location in Sherwood. Explained everything and did a really good job. Suggested but didn’t hard sell me on products .
The staff was outstanding. All members of the service team were great. No high pressure sales, just offers and details. I especially love how the team verifies all details. Including showing you that the oil is full on the dipstick and confirming torque specs on everything that needs to be tightened.
The guy that helped me was very nice and informative. I believe his name was Casey.
The staff was friendly and talked me through the entire process. I did pay $17 extra for an extra cleaner solution but it’s worth it in my opinion.
Staff is very friendly! They offer upgrades without pressure. Will be back!
