Roofing and skylight work completed in one days work. Crew was EXCELLANT, PROFESSIONAL and KNOLLAGABLE. They <br /> arrived at first light and had my yard cleaned of all debris (including a magnetic roller sweep for nails) by 330pm. <br /> Painter arrived this evening, we talked about possibility of contracting him to doadditional work. My wife and I are very happy with the new roof. We both feel that O'Lynn roofing did an outstanding job. We couldn't believe how quickly the roof was completed. The house looks great. They did an excellent job. It took them 2 days working long hours with a five man crew to get the job completed. In addition they repaired some squirrel damage at one location at no extra charge. The crew was very polite and everything went according to plan from the initial drop off of the dumpster a day early to use of metal detectors to clean up the yard after the job was completed. No surprises and they replaced about 112 feet of roof board before installing the asphalt shingles. All in all a very professional job. <br /... read more

We had a very enlightening discussion with Mike St. Pierre, an O'lyn roof specialist who explained to us what should be done and why regarding our roof problem. We were very free with questions and he was very free with answers that often extended beyond our expectations. His analysis of the shingles and underlyingtimbers was precise and professional. We got estimates from several roofers, one of them was significantly higher in cost than O'Lyn's. We reviewed their history on Angie's List and reviewed the offer and decided to use them as the contractor to remove the old shingles and re-single our roof. <br /> We were told that it would be about 3 weeks before work could begin, but within two weeks we were contacted and the date set. <br /> The materials and the dumpster were dropped off on Friday and the work crews arrived on Saturday morning. My roof wascovered with the most unattractive black streaks and washighlighted with an ugly green moss type growth. The roofis only a few years old, so this really was quite discerning. They arrived a day later than originally scheduled. They job was well done but the clean up was not. I contacted the company about our concerns and they were immediately responsive.
