The roof was damaged in a wind storm. O'Lyn (Mike St. Pierre) was very prompt in responding. Mike inspected the roof and provided both adequate and best fix alternatives for doing the repairs. He also provided a general assessment of the condition of the roof and discussed remedies for some mold issues. <br /> We accepted the best alternative later that day after revieing insurance options. I found the crew to be very hard working and they did the job extremely well. The entire crew spent a lot of time cleaning up EVERYTHING every evening so we would not have a problem with nails in tires, etc. It is a large and very steep roof, with three dormers, lots of valleys and three chimneys, so they had their challenges cut out for them, and they did a tremendous job. <br /> From my initial contact with O'Lyn through the job completion, everyone was very professional and answered all of my questions. We needed a roof without question and not looking forward to the, what I assumed, would be a difficult task. I was wrong, from the initial contact through the job completion Olyn was a joy to work with. Highly professional with very clear explanations of task, product and expectations which all proved to be dead on. The roof was installed in a very timely manner, the crew was fantastic and the property was actually left better than when they arrived! I would highly recommend Olyn to anyone. <br />

First the estimator came to see me. He was very knowledgeable and I could tell because I already had another estimate. Very personable man and went right up on the roof and gave me a report. He confirmed my suspicions that I needed a roof. He explained the different kinds of shingles, etc and I even understood him. His estimate came in lower than previous roofer.
