They are still more expensive than some of them but the quality of their work was incredible. Then we had a very strange leak problem where water was coming through the fan of the ceiling of the bathroom. They said it was coming through the vents from the outside so they checked that out and crossed it out because the water kept coming. Finally they sent down the best guy over there. Once I was able to pin down a work date (after several phone calls) they showed up as promised. The workers were all very professional. The work and clean up was all excellent. <br />

It went excellent from the time they came to put a large tarp on our roof to stop the leaking to the time they completed the roof we couldn't have been happier. Although we feel they are probably 20% high then anyone else we also feel you get what you pay for and knowing that they have been in business for over 40 years was comforting to us that they would be there tomorrow and in the days to come. We have wanted to get gutter guards for a number of years on our gambrel style home and finally decided to take the leap. The experience was generally good, but varied widely, and would have been significantly worse had I not been paying attention. There were two teams of workers: the roofing team and the insulation team. The roofers were about six men subcontracted by O'Lyn, and spoke very little English, which made it difficult for me to communicate with them.
