From sales, to the roofers, to the follow-up, we had an incredible experience with O'Lyn. They came exactly when they said they would, both in the sales process and when replacing the roof and gutters. The roofers were prompt, clean, and did a fabulous job. The roof came out beautifully! The gutters were replaced and also look great! <br /> I interviewed multiple roofers and by far O'Lyn had the best price, responsiveness, and product. <br />

The woman who answered the phone was very pleasant, helpful, nice, responsive. The salesman on time, pleasant. Because therehe had somequestions about the job he said he would need to get back to me the next day after their team meeting in the morning. He did not get back to me the next day or ever. I called about a week later and left a phone message on his cell phone asking for a response.A few days have passed, and Ihave not received any communication from the company since the salesman's original visit. <br />

. <br /> The work crew showed up as scheduled and completed the job in a very professional manner. They did everything that was on the contract. The entire yard was cleaned before they left. The next day, a rep' from O'Lyn stopped by to make sure I was satisfied and that the job was completed.The very next day,the salesman also stopped by to check the job and make sure that we were happy with it. <br />

I have a very simple roof, easily a one day job. I was torn between going with O'Lyn and another roofer, both of whom were very responsive. While neither was the least expensive of the three quotes I got, they both used high quality materials with good guarantees of workmanship. O'Lyn matched the price of the other one, and so I went with them. At first they said that it would be about a month wait, but then they called back to say they could do it on the next Friday. In the late fall of 2013 we discovered water damage inside the house, coming from leaks in our 35 year old roof. We got three bids, although we were pretty sure we wanted O?Lyn because of their reputation in our town. O?Lyn?s bid was the highest, but not by much. During the process of getting bids, a major issue that came up was ventilation in our attic. Because of the hip roof, the existing vents were too close to the exhaust fan. The gentleman who came to give us an estimate arrived on <br /> time, answered all our questions (told me that the roof on another section of <br /> the house I was considering replacing did not need to be replaced). On the day of the job, the crew arrived on <br /> time, striped the roof, applied the new shingles and then cleaned up all the <br /> debris as well as running a magnetic roller around the lawn to collect any <br /> nails that had escaped the tarps they had spread to catch the old shingles. We were very satisfied with the work done. The yard was cleaned up well. The dumpster was taken away on another day and there were nails left under it on our driveway. That was the only complaint we had. The crew worked tirelessly for 12 hours completing the job in one day. Everyone we dealt with from the company was punctual, knowledgeable and professional.
