They were great - professional, polite,and they did great work. They didn't give us the cheapest quote (theywere actually the most expensive of the three quotes we got) but we went withthem anyway and I am happy we did. They didtheir job on budget and on time. We also got a lifetime warranty from themanufacturer because we used O'Lyn. They wouldn?t give us a lifetime warranty <br /> with other contractors. <br /> We are very happywith the work they did and recommend them highly. <br />

The group was punctual and organized, the work was completed rapidly, and the workmen took all of the debris from the old roof. Their subcontractor did a really excellent job repairing our chimney. After the work was complete, another contractor installed a fllue in the chimney and left the front of the chimney discolored. When he heard this, without my asking, Mr. O'Lyn had his mason cover over thediscoloration with another coat of finish paint.

O'Lyn was one of three companies I contacted to provide estimates on my <br /> roof replacement on my 1890 Victorian house. Lou (sales professional) <br /> was easy to talk to, set up an appointment, showed up as planned, and <br /> then provided a written estimate and answered all my questions. They performed the work in a timely and professional manner from start to finish andfollowed up after to make sure I was happy. <br />

A new roof can be an enormously intimidating prospect, and our goal is always "A job done quickly and correctly... the FIRST time". Our roof was very old and patched many times. <br /> We call different company for a quote. <br /> O'Lyn answered very fast, Mike (the sales rep.) was fantastic. He came with different options and told us the pro and cons, <br /> listened and answered all our dubts. <br /> The job was done fantastically, very professional. Left everything clean <br /> A little expensive? maybe, but sure it worth the money and come with 10 years working warranty. <br /> We couldn't have been more pleased. I firmly recommend them. <br />

I got a flyer in the mail a week after finding a small spot of mold on one of our roof rafters. I called and set an appointment for an estimate. This was all handled quickly and professionally. Once they came out and looked at our attic and roof we sat down and talked about the process and products they use. During this discussion both my wife and I knew we had the right people.
