Only had the hearing aids for less than one week, but the service and pricing I received so far has been extraordinary! One other thing, they answer the phone, amazing in today's world! Could not be any happier with the Phonak Paradise Audeo P90's. Fantastic app, bluetooth, and excellent audio quality streaming. The prior reviews I read before deciding on choosing OnLine Hearing were spot on! I have every expectation the five star service will continue.
Bought some hearing aids for my father and I couldn't believe how much we saved over buying from the Dr. We also had a great experience with Online Hearing getting them set up, they spent an hour with us on the phone and even made an adjustment across the internet! I would highly recommend them.
Shocking price difference for the SAME exact hearing aid that was recommended and quoted by the audiologist at my local ENT doctor's office. (Online Hearing was less than half the cost.) I did a lot of searching when looking for hearing aid options for myself. One of the things that has held me back from getting hearing aids is the cost...so I went searching. I found several different websites and "e-tailers" that sell hearing aids online. Some of them require that you see a specific audiologist in your area they have contracted with.
