Only had the hearing aids for less than one week, but the service and pricing I received so far has been extraordinary! One other thing, they answer the phone, amazing in today's world! Could not be any happier with the Phonak Paradise Audeo P90's. Fantastic app, bluetooth, and excellent audio quality streaming. The prior reviews I read before deciding on choosing OnLine Hearing were spot on! I have every expectation the five star service will continue.
Bought some hearing aids for my father and I couldn't believe how much we saved over buying from the Dr. We also had a great experience with Online Hearing getting them set up, they spent an hour with us on the phone and even made an adjustment across the internet! I would highly recommend them.
Shocking price difference for the SAME exact hearing aid that was recommended and quoted by the audiologist at my local ENT doctor's office. (Online Hearing was less than half the cost.) Maggie took her time and answered all of my questions thoroughly. To be honest by the time she was done answering questions and making adjustments I was getting rather emotional.. To be able to hear again and have someone walk you though something that is all new to me was phenomenal! Thank you so much!!!!!
I did a lot of searching when looking for hearing aid options for myself. One of the things that has held me back from getting hearing aids is the cost...so I went searching. I found several different websites and "e-tailers" that sell hearing aids online. Some of them require that you see a specific audiologist in your area they have contracted with. I bought my Phonak hearing aids 3 yrs ago from them and besides being the best hearing aids I've experienced, the service after the sale has been superb! I've had quick responses to my calls and the latest experience with David assisting me in getting my new hearing aids set up and adjusted on My Phonak App and doing a hearing test went flawlessly. I've been 100% pleased with their product and after the sale service!
