BEWARE! If you try to cancel they keep billing. They reused a check using an electronic withdraw 3rd party (Rollins) company without my approval. I am amazed this location is still in business.
Something happened to this place between 2010 to now and not for the better. Recently I became aware of termite damage in my garage. The inspector agreed but also said I had mold on part of the inside of the roof. The work would cost over a thousand dollars. My next estimate, inspector says,"no mold", "termites were long gone", "you don't need to hire us, you have no work"! Tacky and dishonest behaviour shouldn't be rewarded; check out the honest folks over at Times Up Termite, Inc. They can be trusted
We have been using the service hoping that they took care of our house. We started the remodeling our house and found so many rodents and they were never clean everything up. We called the customer service and they were so terrible service. We ended up picking the trap with old rodents on by ourselves. I called them to cancel today and customer service even don't care and told me that they cannot cancel and the branch manager will call later if I want to cancel. What kind of service is this??? Never again!
received a message today from orkin requesting a call back. when i spoke to a representative i was surprised that i have an outstanding balance of $92 for service rendered on Oct 25 which was about 2 weeks after i had cancelled my service. after being on hold for 5 min, i was assured by the operator that the charge would be waived free of charge gee, thank you orkin for the favor!! . they still dont have their stuff together!! avoid at all cost or be left with shady lingering customer service.
We had used Orkin in the past for local treatment and thought their work and service was pretty good. We went with them again for a fumigation which was a painful experience. The Orkin man came to do an initial inspection and he was very friendly. But you can tell he was rushing and was talking a mile a minute. TL;DR Do not waste your time with Orkin. I waited 4 hours for a no-show despite calling multiple times to confirm the appointment. I have been waiting for the inspector for 4 hours and have called 3 separate times today to confirm the appointment and get a better ETA. Each time, the call center assured me they have reached out to the inspector and will have the inspector text me an ETA. This occurred a couple of years ago but it still irks me! That's how poor the service was. I had called to request an estimate for getting rid of an ant problem plaguing my home. The person on the other end replies that they do not give estimates over the phone and a technician needs to be present at the location to accurately determine the extent of the problem as well as the solution plan. I wish I have read yelp reviews before I paid for service. terrible customer service, The technician assigned to my account decided not to show up for his appointments, I rescheduled my appointment 3 times because of no show . I finally had to give up and cancel my service because I cannot pay for a service I am not getting. total disappointment.
In their office is a banner which they all signed saying "Auto-pay is the way they stay". TERRIBLE MANAGEMENT & CUSTOMER SERVICE MIXED WITH INCOMPETENCE, EMPTY PROMISES AND OVERPRICING Such a horrendous experience and it's not done yet. A property I manage had three units with bed bugs.
