I should have read the reviews here first. I had a yellow jacket hive, to which the technician that came out said he didn't know what to do about and that he'd come back after consulting someone else. He came back the next morning and simply put dust on it. A week later he no-showed, and I called for a new tech because the hive was still active. I called Orkin plus two other companies for my free annual termite inspection. This is the first time I used Orkin and I have to agree with many reviews. Derrick Nesbitt came and welcomed himself into our backyard opening the side gates WITHOUT EVEN KNOCKING OR INTRODUCING HIMSELF and started measuring my place. After measuring the place and without any inspection done, he started quoting me for the treatment and began selling their products. I'm sad to say my experience with Orkin was not favorable. William, the tech was kind person and a nice man. My issue isn't with him. I think he is working in a system that over sells by phone and doesn't do what they say they will do. When I signed up for Orkin, the guy on the phone described how they crawl around the house, find all the access points, remove the scent, etc etc. The description of the service was so glowing. Orkin is simply not a effectively managed organization. They try, but it is simply not set up to be tight and professional. But, you also have to remember the business they are in. We have used them for a few years now and have a Orkin rep who is professional and friendly. His name is Louis. Though at times he is delayed, he does what we pay for. The company may be disorganized, but if you are lucky, you'll get a rep who makes up for that. Louis does that for us, so we stay with them.

This company is absolutely horrible. Do not hire them to do any work. We had a flea problem, they charged us 250 just pretty much to spray raid. They didn't cover all the areas and sent a really old guy to do the job. When we asked to cover certain he would argue. I can't say enough how AWFUL this company is, a total rip off!!! I am so angry and disappointed about there service. They absolutely did nothing to fix the problem or even treat it.

BEWARE! If you try to cancel they keep billing. They reused a check using an electronic withdraw 3rd party (Rollins) company without my approval. I am amazed this location is still in business.

Something happened to this place between 2010 to now and not for the better. Recently I became aware of termite damage in my garage. The inspector agreed but also said I had mold on part of the inside of the roof. The work would cost over a thousand dollars. My next estimate, inspector says,"no mold", "termites were long gone", "you don't need to hire us, you have no work"! Tacky and dishonest behaviour shouldn't be rewarded; check out the honest folks over at Times Up Termite, Inc. They can be trusted

We have been using the service hoping that they took care of our house. We started the remodeling our house and found so many rodents and they were never clean everything up. We called the customer service and they were so terrible service. We ended up picking the trap with old rodents on by ourselves. I called them to cancel today and customer service even don't care and told me that they cannot cancel and the branch manager will call later if I want to cancel. What kind of service is this??? Never again!
