Still terrible service after more than a year of giving them second chances one after another. They can't seem to get anything right and change their service rep every 3 months. This is a large account. We will be looking for alternative pest control companies.

Horrible experience with Orkin. We had a termite inspection done today by a very unprofessional person. He was pressuring us to sign a "non obligatory" agreement when we didn't decide on what we were going to do yet. He had a complete sales approach with the whole transaction. When i told him we were going to check out other companies as well he got very upset and said "I took the day off to come here", he got loud, even lowered his mask to raise his voice and was pointing his fingers. I contacted them to get an estimate and they said someone would contact me to do a quote. Days went by and I called again and never heard from them. I ended up calling PestMed and they were efficient and able to complete the work.
Update: We did end up getting our money back, but it took going to the office in person to sort it out, which by the way is NOT on Corsair Blvd. It's on Lincoln Ave.
I had awful bites and suspected bed bugs -- the Orkin technician came to my home, inspected for bed bugs, allegedly found bed bugs, and then quoted me about $4,000 for heat treatment to eradicate the bed bugs. I was skeptical. I then hired Scent Tek (which uses trained dogs) and Scent Tek found ZERO bed bugs. Trained sniffer dogs are the gold standard for bed bug detection - even the Orkin guy was raving about them - because Orkin said that after I paid the $4K, Orkin would use their trained dogs to ensure that no bed bugs r... read more
Customer service not the best, when you call it's like they are bother. My mother called using the Spanish option and they have you wait and then the call gets disconnected, why have the option if it's not available?!?! Pest control not really working, don't feel they care about the customer concerns.
I went online to get an inspection appt. I left my contact info. They called me back days later. I finally got an Appt for Saturday 8/8. Tuesday I get a call from my brother at home saying Derrick Nesbitt is there to inspect. Mind you this is 8/4. Not my Appt day. He said he doesn't work Saturdays so he showed up when he had time. Refused to deal with my brother because he isn't the home owner. I told him to leave a quote with him and I'd review when I get home. If I had read the reviews, I would have never hired Orkin. My experience was the same as the other reviews. On 7/20/20, I called the 855 number to get a free quote, they said someone would call me right back. Just minutes later, Jessie ( I find out later he is the manager) from the Burlingame Ca office called me back. I told him for sure I have at least one rat under the house. He quoted me a one time visit was $270 to catch and remove rodents. I asked about repairing entry areas, he said that it is not included, that is ... read more
