On 4/25/2019 an Orkin employee entered our property to spray. I reminded him to close the side gate when he was done. A short time later he left with gate not closed. Latter, I let my dog loose in the backyard and he got out. It took over 30 minutes to find my dog. I was very scared. He could have gotten killed. Friday: (3/29/19) Made an appointment because I came home to a new roomie and I lost my sh*t. Sadly there was no availability until the following Monday- I was desperate and was willing to pay the upfront charge at the time of service. Sign up for an $825 service on the phone, schedule the appointment, stay home from work.... and.... crickets.... they're a no show! Save your money and use someone else.

If u like high pressure sales and someone who gets upset when u don't commit to using their services this is the company for you! If I could, I would give zero stars. The inspector who came to my house was so rude, that I ended up contacting another company. Turns out I don't have termites! ORKIN wanted to charge me $1500 for something I didn't even have.

Orkin service rep cause more trouble than they are worth. At a rental property he started talking about some smell. The end result is i have spent over $250 checking for smell that is not there. They don't take any responsibility for it. They show up for their service without informing me even though i have repeatedly told them that i need to know 1/2 hour before so i can be present. I have escalated matter to their senior managers but they don't return calls. Awful!

This isn't a review on the pest control but on the customer service I called for a free quote and the lady was kinda rude off the bat but not it way that would make me wanna leave this review right away but she gave me the prices which weren't bad but I was told to look at multiple just so we can compare and when I told her that she just got a major attitude Like I disrespected Orkin for saying that just because I wasn't sure I wanted to go threw with Orkin I wish I got her name but she didn't state it during the call

I've had their service for 3 years, and recently moved to a new house. Although the new owners had treated for termites, I went ahead and contacted them to treat the property and make sure the termites were gone. A few months later, I contacted them again upon discovery of termites in the gazebo, about 15 feet from the house. They refused to service the gazebo, and I'm not really sure why. If you have a rat issue, don't go with Orkin. They are the worst. They don't fix the source of the problem but they just put trap. We have a rat issue since September and the orkin guys come every now and then bit still the rays are there. I give them 0 rating.

Had an appointment from 8-10am. Was told at 5min before 10am, that technician would arrive between 11-11:30am. Canceled the appointment and service contract with Orkin at that point.
