I contacted them to get an estimate and they said someone would contact me to do a quote. Days went by and I called again and never heard from them. I ended up calling PestMed and they were efficient and able to complete the work.

Update: We did end up getting our money back, but it took going to the office in person to sort it out, which by the way is NOT on Corsair Blvd. It's on Lincoln Ave.

I had awful bites and suspected bed bugs -- the Orkin technician came to my home, inspected for bed bugs, allegedly found bed bugs, and then quoted me about $4,000 for heat treatment to eradicate the bed bugs. I was skeptical. I then hired Scent Tek (which uses trained dogs) and Scent Tek found ZERO bed bugs. Trained sniffer dogs are the gold standard for bed bug detection - even the Orkin guy was raving about them - because Orkin said that after I paid the $4K, Orkin would use their trained dogs to ensure that no bed bugs r... read more

Customer service not the best, when you call it's like they are bother. My mother called using the Spanish option and they have you wait and then the call gets disconnected, why have the option if it's not available?!?! Pest control not really working, don't feel they care about the customer concerns.

I went online to get an inspection appt. I left my contact info. They called me back days later. I finally got an Appt for Saturday 8/8. Tuesday I get a call from my brother at home saying Derrick Nesbitt is there to inspect. Mind you this is 8/4. Not my Appt day. He said he doesn't work Saturdays so he showed up when he had time. Refused to deal with my brother because he isn't the home owner. I told him to leave a quote with him and I'd review when I get home. If I had read the reviews, I would have never hired Orkin. My experience was the same as the other reviews. On 7/20/20, I called the 855 number to get a free quote, they said someone would call me right back. Just minutes later, Jessie ( I find out later he is the manager) from the Burlingame Ca office called me back. I told him for sure I have at least one rat under the house. My mom made an appointment with the Huntsville Arkansas one for a free quote. They said he would come between 2 and 4pm today. He was a no show. He made a lot of excuses but I don't believe any of them. Claims he will show up tomorrow. I'm not holding my breath.

I found Orkin to be a waste of money, I signed up for 1 year contract for a rodent problem and I found my self doing all the work of emptying traps. Exactly what I was doing before calling Orkin. They tell you to call and they empty traps and be days before they could get to my house so I was forced to empty so wouldn't smell dead rodents in traps. Called to get more traps service rep shows up no traps wasn't on his call report, so got another appointment same rep shows up still not traps and now another appointment........ read more

I would rate negative or 0 if allowed here. Took forever to setup inspection appointment, no follow up. When it's the time for actual treatment day, NO SHOW. 2nd appointment made, no follow on ETA, no pick up after calling multiple times and leaving a voicemail. They need to understand customers need to spend time in making internal arrangement and preparing the house for them to do treatment. Each NO SHOW, it's waste of time and efforts.
