My mom made an appointment with the Huntsville Arkansas one for a free quote. They said he would come between 2 and 4pm today. He was a no show. He made a lot of excuses but I don't believe any of them. Claims he will show up tomorrow. I'm not holding my breath.

I found Orkin to be a waste of money, I signed up for 1 year contract for a rodent problem and I found my self doing all the work of emptying traps. Exactly what I was doing before calling Orkin. They tell you to call and they empty traps and be days before they could get to my house so I was forced to empty so wouldn't smell dead rodents in traps. Called to get more traps service rep shows up no traps wasn't on his call report, so got another appointment same rep shows up still not traps and now another appointment........ read more

I would rate negative or 0 if allowed here. Took forever to setup inspection appointment, no follow up. When it's the time for actual treatment day, NO SHOW. 2nd appointment made, no follow on ETA, no pick up after calling multiple times and leaving a voicemail. They need to understand customers need to spend time in making internal arrangement and preparing the house for them to do treatment. Each NO SHOW, it's waste of time and efforts. They deserve zero stars. I called main number and got a quote to treat rodent issue (rats). $395. When they got here I asked the guy if he was gonna go up on the roof to seal entry spaces which other companies identified. The technician said "I don't have a ladder tall enough in my truck and it was too high". I started laughing. I said isn't this your job to treat rodents? He said you'll have to speak to my mgr. So I did. He started quoting extra charges above and beyond 3 entry points the size of a quarter. This was ... read more

I have been with Orkin since 2014, and I signed up for monthly service and paid annually. We hired Orkin for mice control! Everything is fine until Orkin changed its service rap. in my area summer 2017. The new service rep. is Bharat. Bharat did not do his diligence to check the crawl space every month during his visit, and it leads to a bad massy rodent infestation in the crawl space. Zero star if Possible. We are a couple living in an apartment complex. We found a possible roach on our glue trap last Wednesday. Even though we haven't seen a live one since, I insist on getting pest control involved. Our leasing office helped us get an appointment with Orkin for that Friday. Orkin, an absolutely horrible experience. Everything went wrong. We purchased their service and paid for a start-up fee and on going maintenance. They first send us two guys, very polite but clueless, they were not adequately trained. They put half dozen traps. 6 days later and after 4 visits, 3 of which were no shows (they gave us a 2 hours window but nobody showed up and no warning). So we ended up waiting 6 hours for nothing. Stay Away! Save your money and hire a company that knows what they are doing. Let me start by saying we had rats in our attic. Orkin came and did the initial rat "inspection and proofing" but refused to go into the crawl space or the attic except for laying a few traps right next to the entrance (even though I specifically requested someone to inspect the attic and the manager guaranteed they would.) I want to begin by stating that Orkin is the absolute worst!!! The representative who came by was a statesman. Johnny was his name and he was wonderful. He knew his business, was very prompt and totally businesslike. It was because of him that we decided on his company. He did a thorough inspection of our home and found that we had bedbugs in only one room.
