This facility was very clean and the environment was friendly. Everyone I came in contact with was smiling, kind, and expressed concern about my loved one. It appeared to me that their motto was “let’s make this work”.

We had such a wonderful experience touring this assisted living community. From the moment we walked in, we were greeted with kindness and genuine care. The staff took the time to answer all of our questions and made us feel comfortable and welcomed. The facility is clean, bright, and thoughtfully designed, and you can truly feel the sense of community here. It gave us peace of mind knowing our loved one would be in such capable and compassionate hands. Highly recommend!

I came in from out of town to visit my uncle at the cottages of Palm Springs. The apartment was nice, clean and smelled nice. And the staff working that day were really nice to my uncle and treated him like family. I would highly recommend.

Staff supports residents, family, and friends with care and genuine concern for the wellbeing of residents. For staff it is more than just a job. They respect even the residents who are difficult to manage. As a family member I have been welcomed to the caregiving team, and they readily consult with me about issues that arise. I am so happy and relieved to have found this facility because we are part of a family community caring for our loved ones.

Found this place for my father in the heart of Palm Springs. So far the staff has been very friendly and professional. There are lots of activities to keep my father active. The grounds are beautiful, and the facilities are kept clean. The food menu looks excellent and the rooms are cozy. Everyone has been very helpful, I am looking forward to visiting my father at his home in the Cottages.

Mom has been there two plus years. The staff is wonderful. They treat her like a family member. She is kept busy with activities and friends in her pod. We couldn’t be happier with our choice. The keep the pod clean and tidy, everything smells fresh.

I was extremely pleased with cleanliness of the facility. The staff were very accommodating and welcoming. The community is very well cared for. I was delightfully pleased with the visit. The food looked wonderful and the other residents seemed to all be in great spirits with the care they are receiving from the staff. Great Christmas visit with my grandma. The community is beautiful and the staff were excellent. We also ate lunch and the food was delicious. Very attentive staff and prompt to deal with any questions or concerns. Very family oriented atmosphere and great attitudes from staff.

I was recently at the Cottages for the holidays and my family and I were visiting one of our family friends in the assisted living community. Our friend att he cottages really likes his home, friends, and life there, and it definitely shows! The cottages is a cozy and friendly environment where my family's friend is having a great life. We are talking about a potential community for my aunt and uncle and think this one is definitely in the running!! The staff are friendly and the grounds are beautiful!
