There was a noticeable backup of cars waiting to enter the lot, which caused everyone to have to wait longer than was normal at other lots.

Very convenient. Even cleaned my car off and warmed it up from the snow.

Using the courtesy phone. It was nearly impossible to hear the automated system. Record a new message that is super loud to help drown out all the background noise at the islands.

Don't tell people that they do not need to make a reservation if it is for mid week, unless all employees are on board, and adhere to this policy.

Was charged $4 in sales tax despite the offer making me pay $6+ for city, state and airport fees. Plus the place might be next to the airport physically but it's like 10 minutes to get dropped off.

The wait time at the airport was much longer than other parking places I've used. It took more than 30 minutes from the time I called until I was picked up.
