The entire staff was so kind to my Mom, especially those in the memory care unit. They took care of her like family. She grew to love several of the caregivers before her passing.
making a group of friends becomes your family here. the food is a 3 but we just got a new chef so it may change. great director. expensive but right for me. Talk to residents when you are here. Make sure it is what you want for your individual needs.
5's across the board! The friendly and caring staff, the food is great, the garden and walking path are amazing, really clean, nice range of activities. Overall it has been a wonderful place for my mom! We would absolutely recommend this community to other families
I would rank all categories at 5. We had an absolutely spectacular experience with Pasadena Highlands. Incredibly warm, kind staff interactions from caregivers to back office. It was an incredibly difficult time and the team was gentle and caring with my father and our family. We were so very grateful.
High standards, friendly, spacious, beautiful grounds and lawn, lots of trees, ease of parking, large rooms, quality care assistance, variety of good food, many activities. We picked this community because of the cost and overall facility quality.

Overall experience - good combination of value and quality. Clealiness -facility looks good Friendliness of staff - Great staff. They often say hi by name to residents in hallways. They are very positive and upbeat. Quality of care - good care, they address issues as they come up. Could use a bit more staff. Meals/Dining - they have good food, parents like it. Activities - Lots of them and a variety, however my parents do not take advantage of many of them. Overall a good value.
The transition to Pasadena Highlands was as smooth as it could be. [name removed] bent over backwards to accommodate our every need. My mom has been in the facility for over a month and after not wanting to move, she now can’t stop telling us how much she loves her new place. Everyone there knows her name and we are beyond grateful that we found this place!
