Everything is pretty good. I like the personal service that they have there. If there is ever a situation they are very personal with my dad in taking care of his needs.

My loved one has only been here for a short time, but so far, I am very pleased. I really think this is a great place! The staff is really adjusting to my loved one. I'm visiting often to help my loved one adjust, but I am very pleased with the help they provide and the attention they give!

Thank you - our staff works really hard to make sure our residents are cared for and happy.
We moved our family members out after 3 months because their needs were not being met. Our original sales person was fabulous until the day we moved them in. On the positive side, place was clean, pleasant dining room with good food and [name removed] at the front desk is probably the best employee with good communication and follow through. But overall. Staff is nice not enough of them, but try and be helpful.
Positives: all staff members are friendly and helpful. Negatives: New in-coming employees need more training, food could be better and better cleaning of the dinning area.
The facility could be utilized better. Because it has only two elevators , movement through the facility is slow. Also, there was some turnover in staffing that causes some disruption
I give the residence an A- because they are not supplying residents with bottled water. Other than that short coming, they have given a top shelf effort. 4/5 would be accurate. This place really does try to be the best but they should be told when they fail short.
I moved out recently. I wasn't that happy There. There was too many people I'm not used to that. Also, the dining room service was terrible. They don't have enough waiters. The food is cold when they bring it to you you have to ask for every little thing, the butter, the ketchup, the mustard, the whatever you need, you have to ask for it instead of them having some on the table, I don't know I just wasn't happy there. Pasadena Highlands has been a good place for my mom. The good: Clean, well appointed. The residents all seem to be happy and can be found engaging with each other and the staff. Food quality is good. So many activities. My mom does not need much attention, but from what I see, the ones that do, get it. Friendly staff. Responsive to my needs. The not so good: They seem to be understaffed.
