Brought my German Shepherd to paumanok veterinary hospital for an ear infection. My regular veterinary couldn't get her in right away. Paumanok was able to get her in within an hour . They were very caring and compassionate. Saw her immediately and had lab test back in 5 minutes and we were on our way with medicine in half hour. I would highly recommend them. Amazing doctors and staff!

I cannot say enough wonderful things about Dr. Dave. I had heard so many great reviews about him that I decided to switch practices specifically to see him and I am so glad I did. Before finding Dr. Dave, I had been frustrated with the care my dogs were receiving elsewhere, particularly with one of my dogs who had a stubborn ear infection that kept coming back. Thank you, Dr. Maggie., I just want to say thank you, Dr. Maggie and the girls at work today and the girls at work there. When Gizzy died, she let me sit in the room for an hour in the dark just holding her and kept on checking on me. So thank you Dr. Maggie. Dr. Maggie has a heart of gold without her. I would've had a heart attack. I just want to thank you and the girls who work there. They amazing. Thank you so much for taking care of Zoe and Gizzy.
I give Dr Maggie and Dr Dallas each 5 stars. They're both amazing and I will ONLY see them when I have to go in. They're so compassionate, they allow me to ask any and all questions. I am not rushed out the door, and they love my fur babies. They're both knowledgeable and they follow up after each visit. If anyone else is in that day I will wait, due to previous encounters.
I had a great experience here. I originally had as planning on bringing my cat here just once because he needed to be seen urgently so I took him to the first place that had an appointment available. I ended up having such a good experience that I decided to make this my regular vet for him and my other cats. Everyone that I have spoken to here has been so nice and helpful. I wanted to just say that loosing my dog was absolutely a devastating experience and the staff at this institution was absolutely wonderful - in every possible way. They were informative, loving , kind and walked us through the process of having to put out loved one down with complete compassion and empathy. We received tokens of love and bereavement cards after the fact that melted out hearts. They held our hands through this whole time.... Highly recommend!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Without giving a long backstory to how we got here, my baby girl, Lola, saw Dr. Gross for a consultation. There was the possibility of a grim outcome. Dr. Gross was so compassionate, I trusted him completely. He didn't go "all in" with charging me a fortune up front, he did everything in steps. At almost 11, Lola headed into a major, possibly complicated surgery. She ended up with a 20 pound tumor being removed!!! I swear Dr. Gross saved my baby's life. Amazing staff at Paumanok Vet - everyone I've met, so knowledgeable, thorough and kind. They are SOOOOO good with our rescue who shows signs of PTSD from whatever she ehe experienced in the 2 years before she came to us
