We had our HVAC replaced, Charles and helper were so good. Very friendly and helpful. Cleaned up all debris when finished. Worked through the several heavy thunderstorms. The unit works well, it is quiet and costs were as quoted, even when the circuit breaker was broken.
Nothing like a wonky a/c on a Sunday afternoon in late June. Thankful for reaching Rocky who walked my husband through some magical trouble shooting. A/C is on!Not only was he professional and tech savvy, he only asked for referrals. Happy to recommend you Rocky!!
Had a whole house redone! Whole new HVAC, basically all new electric, and new plumbing installed! Everyone was so nice, timely and respectful! Cleaned up after each day and kept us informed as to what was going on. We have an infant and they even let us use window units while the air was out for her to be comfortable! Would defiantly recommend them to everyone!
Great service. Professional employees. They arrived on time, let me know the issue. Worked as best they good to provide a good quote and completed the work in a timely manner. I would definitely call them again!
Highly recommend! Technicians have been very courteous, punctual, and have followed up on my A/C issue. I had a bad compressor on the outside unit that was killing the capacitor. They replaced the capacitor but within 2 weeks the new capacitor was bad. They came back out and replaced the capacitor but suspected the motor was going. As the motor is costly to replace they didn't want me to have to do that unless it was ultimately necessary. Had a leak in our condo at beach . Peaden responded in a timely manner and technician Charles arrived on time and did a superb job in repairing the leak , he was very friendly and knowledge in the plumbing business . Explained the problem and the process to repair the leak. Very pleased with Peaden and especially Charles.
