I have been going to the chapel trail location for many years and have never experienced anything like this before. The level of unprofessionalism is a concern. With an appointment my son still has to wait over an hour to be seen by the doctor. The nurses are disorganized that they misread the chart and drew blood work from my son without the authorization from the doctor. I had a very disappointing experience at this location. The office smelled strongly of urine, and the overall environment felt unclean and uncomfortable. This is especially concerning for a pediatric office where children should feel safe and cared for. Unfortunately, the lack of cleanliness made me very uneasy about bringing my child here. I hope management takes action to improve the conditions of this office. Also Jazzmin was very helpful and nice
appointment was for 8:30 it's 10:15 still not seen a doctor. the wait time here is just horrible!!!! why over schedule people if you can't get to them on time. like our time has no value to them. if I could give it 0 stars that what they would get !!!!
Waiting is crazy. Despite having my son crying with fever I had to go straight to the nurses to ask them to provide medication for the fever; it looks like they did not like to be told to do their jobs so when I came back asking for an answer on the testing their faces were awful to me. Sorry but I am just a mother concerned by the screaming of her son, his fever and throat pain. I'll always do what I need to.
Wait time is ridiculous. I don't know why they even make appointments. They should really consider spacing out the appointments better. Kids are not feeling well and they don't seemed to care to get them in and out as quickly as possible.
Been coming here for over two years. Wait times can be ridiculous and overall poor office management and coordination. Their answering service seems to be outsourced which has caused problems. Physician care experience ranges based on who's available. Just overall average. The telehealth medical professionals tend to be better than the in-person medical staff. Pediatric Associates Pembroke Pines had a scheduled 1:30 appointment with Jody Dale APRN, at 2:15 I had to walk to the desk to inquire on the status to be told she's running late as if that wasn't obvious. At 2:25 the tech came to tell me they would switch us to another room for another doctor to see us, at 2:30 she arrived stating she was sorry as she had to pick up her car from the Lexus dealer. Not a happy dad at all.
Pathetic pathetic pathetic staffing , manager does not care about your concern or issues they don't even bother to call back , I would always see parents go off on staff and I see why.... No one cares about anything nor do they care about the kids they just work there for the check. Don't care if u have been waiting for 90 min in the room. Management is a joke which explains the staff.
Ridiculous wait times. Your schedule for an appointment at a certain time, don't get seen until and hour or and hour and half later. Unprofessional. It doesn't matter which office you go to. I will definitely be leaving pediatric associates
