We take my 2 month old and 2&1/2 hear old to Pediatric Associates. Great, great place. They have really created a nice environment for kids and the way they do business is a pleasure. They ask us to take our newborn right inside to keep him away from the coughing kids in the waiting room. (newborns are very delicate). We have seen a couple of different doctors who are both excellent. Patient with us and very sharp. We couldn't be happier.

i love this place i've been taking my baby here since he was born and they are always on time everyone is by appointment unless your baby is sick and you can just walk in . i love that they have urgent care they are open late hours and on the weekends .

**If I could give this location ZERO stars, I would.** The **only positive experience was Ms. Bianca**, who provided the professionalism and customer service that everyone else should have demonstrated. I am extremely disappointed with my experience at Pediatric Professional Associates. The practice operates with a rigid, exclusionary policy regarding patient care: they refuse to see children if parents choose not to vaccinate, relying on pressure and scare tactics rather than open, respectful dialogue. It is deeply frustrating to feel like your child is being treated as a "cash cow" rather than a patient. It doesn't matter if you come first thing in the morning or at the end of the day; come prepared to wait two or three hours to be seen by the doctor.

The worse office ever. They have absolutely NO scheduling system. You will need to take the entire day off because they make you wait in the lobby for over an hour and then when they call you to the room, it's ANOTHER hour minimum!!!!! No system! No care! No sense or urgency!!!! The worse. This is the DMV of pediatricians. I've complained so many times and nobody makes any changes to improve this horrendous operation

Pediatrics Associates of Pembroke Pines is the absolute worse , let me begin by discussing that being under construction is not an excuse to be unhelpfu! My daughter is 7 years old and needed to use the rest room, an entire room of nurses and staff told me no working bathrooms were available. I repeated how silly that sounded and they double downed, I went back to the front desk and the manager found a rest room for my daughter to use. This place feels like a dirty Chuck E. Cheese. The staff themselves seem to want to help but their entire system, office space, and infrastructure is so outdated that it looks visibly dirty on top of the fact that they seem to be understaffed. I can't blame any of the front desk staff but we will not be coming back. Not the experience we were hoping for and we did not click with our doctor or intake nurse
