Pender has been my vet of choice for about the last 20 years and Dr Hyatt has been our primary veterinarian for most all of it. We spend a lot of time there as I always seem to get the dogs with challenging health conditions. He is the one I recommend to anyone looking for a recommendation as I trust him totally. My newest problem dog, a senior rescue, is going through dementia now and having trouble with her legs so we have been doing acupuncture with Dr Adesso who I met helping my last dog with her legs. Great experience every time! The Pender Vet team is always professional, caring, and very conscientious of my budget, which I truly appreciate. My dog received vaccinations smoothly and with great attention to comfort. I’ve never had a bad experience with their services. Another big plus—there’s no long waits; you’re seen right at your appointment time. Highly recommend!

Dr. Kathleen Shill of Pender Vet Centre did an excellent job examining and diagnosing my puppy. Her patient care of him was phenomenal. She fit me into her schedule on the spur of the moment, took time to examine my puppy thoroughly and thoughtfully, and was very gentle. She discussed several remedies with me and possible ways to improve his health. Her diagnosis was correct and saved me a lot of time and money. I really appreciate her excellent care.

Very professional and polite staff. Call for a morning appointment for an allergy shot. Called at 7am they had an opening at 8am.

Everyone is nice to my cat name Samantha and former rabbit who passed away in 2018 I think and every time I go there I want to cry because of my rabbit Corbin.

The entire care team went above and beyond. Izzy was an exceptional first impression for the clinic. She rapidly coordinated our appointment and records needs with the utmost compassion. Melinda went above and beyond to make our Alaskan Malamute (and us!) feel welcome and calm despite the circumstances. Dr. Andrew Voell catered to our boy’s anxiety with patience and precision. Been going to Pender since 1998. Have always gotten excellent service and care for my pets. On Saturday, saw Dr. Adesso on Saturday. Her service was excellent. She sincerely cares for my cats and provided excellent care.
