Absolutely LOVE Pender Veterinary. The entire staff is always so polite and friendly, and the star is Dr. Andrew Voell. He simply cares and makes you feel heard. We live far, but don't mind the drive, our dog is worth it!
I brought my cat, Nugget, to Pender Veterinary Center in Fairfax for a new patient visit after moving to the area, and it was a great experience. Scheduling was quick and easy. Dr. Kierstin Kuhns and the veterinary techs were thorough, kind, and genuinely caring. Everyone was friendly and took excellent care of us from start to finish. Pricing was also very reasonable. I’m really glad to have found this practice and would happily recommend them.

Got my German Shepherd in for an ultrasound the next day after I called. None of the other vets could get us in in less than a week. Help ed defuse a very scary situation.

Dr. DeMarco and Dr. Luntz saved my dog’s life two months ago. Dr. DeMarco continues to help us safely and effectively address his immune disease. Pender has been taking care of our Cody a cockapoo since we got him 13 years ago And also our other cockapoo Bentley who we lost fourteen years ago. In all those years we have never had a bad experience with Pinder. Dr Flanary has been our vet for the past few years. He is very caring and explains everything in plain language and detail that we can understand Giving us all options available. I have been taking my dog to Pender since he was about 9 wks old. He is now almost 13 yrs. Dr Peter Hyatt is my go-to veterinarian. He has performed 3 different procedures on him and I would not want to go to anyone else. Dr Hyatt is skilled and knowledgeable and I feel comfortable that we don't do anything that is not needed.

Pender veterinary is amazing!! We brought out chinchilla in with dental problems that were urgent and during a holiday weekend. They got us right in and it ended up that our chinchilla had to have surgery. Yes the cost was alot but for good reason. She had to spend a night and they took amazing care of her. Thank you Pender family for taking such great care of our little girl Annie!!
