Excellent doctors, technicians and facilities, wait time was under 3 minutes. Dr Andrew Voel was great and very compassionate and supper knowledgeable.

Our boy Thandi is very protective and can be nervous at first. When we went the first time we had a different vet who you could tell was not someone who liked to be around bigger dogs that need time to adjust and trust you. It was not a good experience, but we went back and requested someone who knows how to handle bigger dogs. Flandery took the time to form trust with thandi and help guide him and us through the needed procedure. Every single time he has made sure to allow thandi to adjust to his surroundings. We changed to this vet after dealing with issues of getting appointments for urgent care with our old one. We love Dr. Schill and the staff. We appreciate the kindness and patience folks show to our pups...since our doggies make for incorrigible patients.

Dr. Riso is the most caring and compassionate veterinarian we know! She takes excellent care of Baillie, making sure all of our questions have been answered explaining the answers very thoroughly, and making sure Baillie’s needs have been met. She takes the time after the exam, blood work, and vaccinations to love on Baillie to reassure her she’s okay, which of course, Baillie loves💕 we love taking our furbaby to Pender including their emergency services which we have used several times. Pender has been my vet of choice for about the last 20 years and Dr Hyatt has been our primary veterinarian for most all of it. We spend a lot of time there as I always seem to get the dogs with challenging health conditions. He is the one I recommend to anyone looking for a recommendation as I trust him totally. My newest problem dog, a senior rescue, is going through dementia now and having trouble with her legs so we have been doing acupuncture with Dr Adesso who I met helping my last dog with her legs. Great experience every time! The Pender Vet team is always professional, caring, and very conscientious of my budget, which I truly appreciate. My dog received vaccinations smoothly and with great attention to comfort. I’ve never had a bad experience with their services. Dr. Kathleen Shill of Pender Vet Centre did an excellent job examining and diagnosing my puppy. Her patient care of him was phenomenal. She fit me into her schedule on the spur of the moment, took time to examine my puppy thoroughly and thoughtfully, and was very gentle. She discussed several remedies with me and possible ways to improve his health. Her diagnosis was correct and saved me a lot of time and money. I really appreciate her excellent care.
