We’ve been taking our dogs to Pender for over a year now and every experience is wonderful. The staff is exceptionally attentive, accommodating, and clear communicators. I very much appreciate their availability 24/7 for visits, calls, or emails—they have always been expeditious in replying to my requests for records. They are excellent with our dogs, whether it’s a routine visit or for a major surgery (knee repair). Highly recommend!
Pender has been our trusted Vet for over 40 years, and they NEVER disappoint! Service is great, pets are treated like rock stars and staff is always pleasant and helpful! We have loved every doctor who we have dealt with over the years!❤️👏🐶
Pender is a very unique veterinary clinic, giving pet parents access to 24/7 compassionate care. I can't say enough about Dr. Adesso. She has been caring for my Tortoise Shell Cat, Indie, for several years. Indie LOVES her, and anyone who knows what it is like to get a cat into a cat carrier and visit a vet understands that cats get scared and very anxious. Great care as always. I have a big, squirmy cat and the technician worked her magic and got the requested tasks done!
Chessie has been a client since the start of the year and we’ve had nothing but sterling service. I know that she is well taken care of every time we have to visit or I have to talk to someone about her. She had limb amputation surgery and follow up care with Pender and I can’t speak highly enough about each and every one of the care team. They are caring people and I would highly recommend them!

Everyone was very helpful, especially with the main elevator out. One of the staff members walked me to the back elevator, and even carried the carrier, with Miss Angie serenading everyone on the way! Dr. Carney was wonderful. I was near panicked when I first brought her in, I didn't know what was wrong. He pretty much figured it out right away, explained everything and what meds he was going to give her. He also suggested a Rx food, which Angie likes (thank goodness). Thank you so much!

Fantastic experience. We were referred to Pender from our regular vet when our 3 year old dog was having major health issues (organ swelling, filling with fluids, etc.).They got her right in, ran tests to determine a treatment plan. Dr. Voell and team explained everything to us along the way - constant communication (sometimes 2 or 3 times - even into late evenings). Our dog recovered - and we cannot say enough great things about this facility. The front staff is great too when picking up meds and for appts.
