Everyone at Pender vet was very nice. My 4year old Aussiedoodle, who has major anxiety and trust issues, loved them. She did great. It was our first visit to Pender and we will be sticking with them. My son recommended Pender Vet. Thank you to the team at Pender Vet for making our visit smooth!

Excellent visit for Maggie with Dr. Shearer. The doctor (and the tech) responded to Maggie as if she was their own loving pet. Test results were followed up via email, and the email was written by a human, not via AI wording or template. No problem making the appt. I also find it a great convenience that you can pay for the visit in the treatment room and that you don't have to go out to the lobby and pay a bill while holding onto your dog. The vet Dr. Schill and her staff were great. We have a little fraidy FoxHound and they were gentle and caring towards her. Everything was thoroughly explained in terms of options to pursue. There was also a follow up phone call within hours of our visit with results of blood work. A very good experience overall.

Our boy Thandi is very protective and can be nervous at first. When we went the first time we had a different vet who you could tell was not someone who liked to be around bigger dogs that need time to adjust and trust you. It was not a good experience, but we went back and requested someone who knows how to handle bigger dogs. Flandery took the time to form trust with thandi and help guide him and us through the needed procedure. Every single time he has made sure to allow thandi to adjust to his surroundings. We changed to this vet after dealing with issues of getting appointments for urgent care with our old one. We love Dr. Schill and the staff. We appreciate the kindness and patience folks show to our pups...since our doggies make for incorrigible patients.
