I have been taking my dog to Pender since he was about 9 wks old. He is now almost 13 yrs. Dr Peter Hyatt is my go-to veterinarian. He has performed 3 different procedures on him and I would not want to go to anyone else. Dr Hyatt is skilled and knowledgeable and I feel comfortable that we don't do anything that is not needed.

I have been coming to Pender for years. Their staff is warm and courteous and the veterinarians are extremely professional and knowledgeable. Dr. Yong and vet tech Ashleigh explained everything he was doing and why and took the time to thoroughly answer my questions. Highly recommend!

Pender veterinary is amazing!! We brought out chinchilla in with dental problems that were urgent and during a holiday weekend. They got us right in and it ended up that our chinchilla had to have surgery. Yes the cost was alot but for good reason. She had to spend a night and they took amazing care of her. Thank you Pender family for taking such great care of our little girl Annie!!

Pender Veterinary Center exceeded my expectations in every way regarding the care of my dog Ollie. The service throughout was extraordinary. Pender carefully assessed Ollie’s condition (an ominous cyst removal), explained all options clearly and quickly complied the procedure in shockingly cost effective manner. I couldn’t be happier. We have used Pender Vet for most of the past 36 years. Currently, Dr. Voell has been treating our dog Millie. Dr. Voell is excellent, very caring, professional, and thorough. Millie had successful surgery this week and Dr Voell was very accommodating with scheduling it for the best outcome. The intake nurse, Cecilia was excellent (as is all the staff at Pender). Dr. Voell’s assistant Isaac is professional and also caring. He has assisted Dr Voell before with Millie’s care. Highly recommend Pender Veterinary practice.
