Excellent visit for Maggie with Dr. Shearer. The doctor (and the tech) responded to Maggie as if she was their own loving pet. Test results were followed up via email, and the email was written by a human, not via AI wording or template. No problem making the appt. I also find it a great convenience that you can pay for the visit in the treatment room and that you don't have to go out to the lobby and pay a bill while holding onto your dog.
