closing was accurate and on time. the only comment i would make to the team is that if a consumer is going to need to wire money- you should give them the instructions on how to do it as soon as possible as it takes time. in my case- i got the instructions because i asked the day prior. if i had received them at close- i would not have been able to get it done in time.
We were kept up to date as closing approached.
Kristofer Ringhofer is awesome, he helped me from start to finish. I refinanced 2 properties, overall, It was the least paperwork I had to provide compare to my previous experience with other banks/company.
