Lack of communication - lack of accountability-no return calls - dismal attitude
I’m not sure who Linda Frazier actually is. I don’t recall seeing that name on any emails. I remember a Melissa and a Lisa, but we got so many emails it’s possible I missed it

Fast deposit
before loan signoff ,receiving calls on time , As soon as I signed I am not able to reach her ...made multiple calls. I was surprise with loan disclosure document received from Title agent ,I should have got that in advance ...two docs are missing and not uploaded on time .
