There was much confusion on my part about the documents that needed to be completed as to whether they had already been completed or not. This could have been an issue with the DocuSign app be I am not sure. I kept getting emails that there were documents for me to review and sign when they had already been completed. I also realize it could have been due to my confusion and not any brought on by anyone else. This loan process was not as clear as I had been accustomed to.
Yesenia tried to help and keep me informed along the way. The problem is information sources to her were often inconsistent and lacking necessary details.
