Overall it was a positive experience that got us where we needed to be.
My loan process for refinance was much easier than I expected it to be. Ivonne was wonderful with answering any questions I had throughout the process. Extremely happy with the service and happy to be a PennyMac customer.
The notary agent was very unpleasant to work with. She was rude and in a hurry to leave.
