Always very professional, friendly, and competent from the beginning to end of the process.
It was difficult to reach specific persons involved in the loan process. Had to go through other people to reach individuals. Also documents sent were not always received and I had to resend them.
Mario and Daisy really helped to keep things moving. Mario gave me weekly updates and the penny Mac app was very useful and easy to send docs they needed.
very poor personal communication. requested documents on a limited partnership more than once even though i own less than .01% of interest. requested flood insurance even though i'm not in a flood zone and provide a recent survey.
Mario stayed in communication with me both in email and phone call to set expectations and ensure those expectations were met. Thank you Mario
The entire process went smoothly especially considering COVID-19 restrictions and the holidays.
Process was started in October. We were told we should close by Dec 8th. Did not close until Dec 20th. We were not told until the closing date was scheduled that we wouldn't get our cash or for over a week after closing.
