Not to have to deal with so many different people concerning the loan process. Request of things already submitted and asking for documents that I didn’t have for particular month. This was very frustrating.
Being transferred multiple times and not getting my questions answered promptly. Loan in information changing. Not having a direct phone number to my loan processor. PennyMac’s phone routing system is needs a lot of improvement!
