I was little disappointed with the length of time that things took to finish up. When we refinance our home it took only a week and half we were closed. The fact that when the notary came to do the closing paperwork, she was sent the other address after the processing officer had a repeated to me that they would be sending her to our physical address and not our tenant address. So this total process was a bit of a pain.
There is not a direct line to anyone except the line processor. The number to call is almost useless. They rely on notes left from the person you are trying to get in touch with. I was repeatedly asked for documents and could not get clarification from anyone on what it was. I eventually got the VA, of all organizations, to answer my questions. Highly recommend looking into your communication with the clients process. Closing was a no call no show and was delayed, then it was last minute close
It was a great process and fast as ever, I wasn’t expecting it to go as fast as it went. I’m excited.
Requests to sign paperwork on line were screwed up. Notary was scheduled but did not show up.
