Ease of process
I would have liked earlier notification on all required documents for closing. I felt that too many documents were requested at the last minute that should have been asked for weeks in advance. Overall satisfactory service provided.
pennymac should had been willing to do some lender credits from step one
Good rate and communications. I do wish I could have renegotiated the lowest rate that occurred within the 6 weeks it took to close. There were a couple days the rate was 2.5%, but I ended up staying at 2.75%
