Outstanding service done very professionally. The entire process was conducted flawlessly in a very timely manner.
Ease of process
Several aspects of the process were miscommunicated and we still have unanswered questions but the entire team has stopped responding to my husband and my questions. The major inaccuracies and unanswered questions: - The closing would be a front porch closing, no one would have to come in the house- This was NOT true, the notary had never even heard of this - Closing refund was lower than discussed- no explanation - Refund for appraisal- promised at the start of the process but nothing was del
Outstanding service. The only issue I had was the first notary public did not show.
I personally thank God for putting Paul Williams in my path because even though he wasn’t the person that I first started the refinance with. But yet he was always willing to help me when I reached out to him with questions I needed to know. Overall Paul is an amazing Joan officer who went the extra MILE for me so that my refinance was completed. Thank you Paul for your Excellent service and I will definitely be here for you if you ever need my word of trust for future business 🙏🏼
