Several aspects of the process were miscommunicated and we still have unanswered questions but the entire team has stopped responding to my husband and my questions. The major inaccuracies and unanswered questions: - The closing would be a front porch closing, no one would have to come in the house- This was NOT true, the notary had never even heard of this - Closing refund was lower than discussed- no explanation - Refund for appraisal- promised at the start of the process but nothing was del

The lack of communication after the the loan application until closing was not acceptable. There was never a phone. All to review what was needed and to finalize rate, pmts, term, Down pmt etc before closing everything was electronic and not easy to understand . I don’t even Know if the discounts were applied since we are existing customers ... even our payoff info and escrow refund was mailed to our old address I had to ge get it... pretty sad.
