Everything except the title company was hard to get a hold of
The same questions were asked multiple times The closing date was miscommunicated I was given a range of points that I could pay to obtain a lower interest rate, but I felt like it was not clearly communicated to me when I needed to make a decision. I thought it made sense to wait until I saw the close to final closing cost before making a decision. When I expressed that I really wanted the point but didn't have the money, there was no attempt to assist, I was just told that it is what it is.
If an award for the Best of the Best" can go to anyone please present that to Hermes Mejia and Rod Walker... EVERYONE on the Team made the experience painless but huge kudos to those 2 gentlemen

The nicest people to business with was probably the easiest and quickest refinance we ever had just a couple of weeks from application to close it’s why I’ll stay with pennymac DeBorah and Christian are awesome
