Communication was great in the beginning, but then fell off a cliff, I'm assuming because of the virus. There would be weeks of nothing at all, then I'd send an email, and rather than a response, the process would just be moving to the next step. In the end, I was given the option of receiving a check or ACH, I chose ACH, but the money was wired. I was charged a 15 dollar wire fee by the bank.
The same questions were asked multiple times The closing date was miscommunicated I was given a range of points that I could pay to obtain a lower interest rate, but I felt like it was not clearly communicated to me when I needed to make a decision. I thought it made sense to wait until I saw the close to final closing cost before making a decision. When I expressed that I really wanted the point but didn't have the money, there was no attempt to assist, I was just told that it is what it is.
If an award for the Best of the Best" can go to anyone please present that to Hermes Mejia and Rod Walker... EVERYONE on the Team made the experience painless but huge kudos to those 2 gentlemen
Great customer service
Very upfront and informational.
It was effortless and a seamless process. From the beginning with John to processing with Linda, even during this pandemic was a great procedure. My only concern was (1) no one followed thru on verifying the state taxes resulting in a higher escrow and (2) no one told me not to make my payment the day before closing. Other than that, I was pleased.
it was so fast and easy this time. It took months last time.
Everything proceeded just as l was told start to finish. No suprises
I enjoyed the process everyone was friendly 10 out of 10 would recommend.
