Clear communication
Debora was awesome during the process. I was frustrated with some of the elements that were supposed to be communicated but I want to say that Debora was the one person that had her game together for the process. Ryan Tang was shot multiple e-mails as well as a phone message from myself and I NEVER HEARD BACK FROM HIM. In the end, Debora was the one I was able to communicate with and make this loan something I was able to sign off on with a clear conscious.
The process was professional, knowledgeable, smooth and much quicker than I expected. Highly recommend!
I liked getting a weekly phone call from Linda even if it was just to say “we’re still on track, nothing further is needed.” Otherwise I’d have thought they’d forgotten about me since we closed about 15 days later than we thought we would.
The process was simple and straightforward. It helped that they PennyMac already held my loan and had all the leg work done.
