Great customer service! I was very satisfied with the way they helped me through ea h step of my refinance process.
Erandeny was amazing; she was persistent, even when the V.A. was being ridiculous. I had about given up on getting another V.A. loan, even though I have had them before. But Erandeny never gave up on the process; she was patient and thorough. One thing that really impressed me---it seems like a small thing, but in these troubling times, it was not. When she called me, the first thing she said was "How are you?" It meant a lot to me.
Our refinance process was delayed 2 weeks because they failed to let us know their fax machine wasn’t working for a document request
Little paperwork required and ease of signing
Richard was very helpful and understanding. He gave true and honest opinions and advice. The entire process was relatively worry free and even with COVID-19 it was still able to be completed all the way through.
