Simplicity and transparency of the process.
More communication. We were the ones always having to reach out instead of being kept in the loop and updated regarding our refinance. We even had to contact to ask if it was complete and that is when it was mentioned that a notary was going to come to our house. Terrible communication throughout the process.
The communications from the PennyMac Team to myself forging through what ever hurtles that needed to be breached the team was on top and as well as a pleasure to work with.
The entire process was GREAT!
