More communication. We were the ones always having to reach out instead of being kept in the loop and updated regarding our refinance. We even had to contact to ask if it was complete and that is when it was mentioned that a notary was going to come to our house. Terrible communication throughout the process.
I felt as though a lot of communications were poor...we were scheduled to settle and the agent didn't come so I called her directly and she said the signing was canceled. PennyMac never gave us the courtesy of a call which was extremely disappointing. My employer was called several times to verify employment even after she had written a complete history of my employment, two more calls were made to her. She was shocked at how unprofessional this was.
Happy that I was given accurate facts and figures through phone contact, limited need for additional paperwork, and closing/funding went as told on time.
The communications from the PennyMac Team to myself forging through what ever hurtles that needed to be breached the team was on top and as well as a pleasure to work with.
They were persistent in ensuring the lines of communication were always open, all my questions and concerns were addressed, Mr. Haroutun Arzrounian and Ms. DeBorah Breeding, did an outstanding job and I'm very happy with the outcome.
The entire process was very fast and efficient! Thank you for all of your help!
