The only person who was helpful and knowledgeable in this process was Nathan Hoffman. He should get a giant raise. He seems like the only competent associate. There were multiple issues with my closing documentation and I spoke with several different people who assured me that they "fixed" the problems over the course of several weeks. Thank god I took notes of our agreements and terms, because I would've been taken advantage of otherwise. Do not trust as a loan originator, only a servicing co.

Was a good experience overall
Told them to roll closing cost in and they didn’t until I told them again after reviewing the closing disclosure. We supplied all the documents requested, scheduled a closing date & time & was emailed 15 minutes prior to closing that it had been cancelled bc they couldn’t verify employment, I had spoken to the notary that afternoon to confirm . It was perfectly clear he was self employed from the beginning.Every time I called to speak to Paul he was unavailable.
