Linda Frazier was outstanding, friendly, courtious, prompt and kept me updated regularly. Can't say as much for the escrow dept. They paid out part of the refund that was supposed to be covered by the loan. Big thank you to Linda for all her help !

The process was easier with PennyMac compared to another lender we have used in the past. However, there were times we received requests to send the same documents over and over. Overall, the process was quick and we closed on time.

Our long-time bank beat PennyMac's rate by 1/8 point. We decided to continue with PennyMac because we had received excellent service, including a promise to close quickly. The quick closing made up for the 1/8 point rate difference because of hoe much we were saving on interest versus the old loan.

Great customer service from start to finish. I loved the communication through email and having a team and knowing who I was talking to. In this world full of scammers it gave me security by the email stating it was from my MAC team and I knew who was supposed to be contacting me. I was also given notification of the person who would be doing the closing paperwork. Just really liked the security of it.
