Great customer service from start to finish. I loved the communication through email and having a team and knowing who I was talking to. In this world full of scammers it gave me security by the email stating it was from my MAC team and I knew who was supposed to be contacting me. I was also given notification of the person who would be doing the closing paperwork. Just really liked the security of it.

From the initial contact with PennyMac, I knew we were going to refinance through them. Robert Dickey did an excellent job getting us the best quote (we had 5 different mortgage companies we were working with). He explained everything in easy to understand terms and we were very pleased with our end results. He explained the Mac Team approach and Paul Williams was patient as we continued through the online process. We were able to sign closing documents within 30 days!!!
