The attention to details, going above and beyond to help with any questions or requests asked.
PennyMac being proactive in communication. There were just a couple of times where I had to check in to see what was happening and about whether we correctly did the docusigns.
Everything was on time and completed as scheduled. No complaints.
I spoke with my initial contact and then didn't hear back. I had other people reach out to me even when I emailed my initial contact person directly, I did not get any response. The closing process was not explained to me other than to say the mobile notary would contact me. It was not explained to me that the debts that were going to be paid off would be sent to me by check and overnight mail so I had no idea that I needed to be available for delivery.
The communication was great. Hard to get that these days.
Our Mac Team was great. We were able to refinance our mortgage without having to change companies. We loved being able to save over $300 a month off our payment!
