I have no complaints. From the loan salesman to the closing coordinators, everyone was informative and responsive. I had a previous mortgage with PennyMac so I am a return customer and I feel very comfortable and confident in my decision.

Aracelis Jiminez was excellent but I was not at all pleased with ‘DeBorah’ (Deborah) Breeding who I found to be quite condescending and combative. On a number of occasions, she let me know that she was the boss and her refusal / excuses in getting me answers to questions was quite unacceptable along with her ‘mightier than thou’ attitude. During the recission period, I still had concerns and attempted to get a response but none came. The loan has funded now and I feel I was left hanging.
