When signing the new loan paperwork, everything was explained in a way that was easy for everyone to understand.
It took nearly 30+ days to do a rate reduction, we had to keep calling in and speaking to Mary because Ryan wouldn't return our call's but he did e-mail me once or twice. We received multiple Closing Doc's and none were the same and no one could explain why one showed no tax, one showed HOA dues in the payment ect....We finally got it right the night the Notary was at our house but we still had to call in and ask for a Mgr. because the numbers were off but it was due to no payment till March.
William was quick to respond, despite being in different time zones. Was friendly and explained things very clearly.
