Abdul did an amazing job but felt the ball was dropped after being handed over, and not from him. Initial close date was supposed to be January 7th, was told the day before (maybe day of busy timeframe) that my wife someone dropped off of the paperwork even though she was on the original loan... had to wait a minimum of 7 days for the paperwork to process. Set up next available date. No show, no call, I had to reach out the next day and ask what happened. Set up again, and completed 27 Jan.
Thomas Papageorge Was very helpful in going over all the options to make sure I was getting the best deal for both of us!
The entire PennyMac team was very helpful throughout the loan process.
It was absolutely so easy and wonderful experience. My only concern was that I had been told that I wouldn't have to make my first mortgage payment until April but it's due on March 1st. But otherwise it was awesome the people are so professional and kept me informed I loved that !!

Tony & team were great to deal with! Easy and straightforward from start to finish...probably the easiest part of my move was the PennyMac portion. Only suggested change would be to review flexibility of charging for delayed closings if the market has decreased since lock as that cost could be absorbed. This is a policy issue and not something with which to penalize the team for. Overall enjoyed working with Tony, Beth and the Mac team!

The whole process took about 3 weeks. The Mac team kept me informed during the whole process. The couple of questions I had were answer quickly and accurately. Closing at my home went smoothly. I have already recommended you to a neighbor.
Oscar Espinosa was very easy to work with ... as his manager Allen. I already have recommended Oscar / PennyMac ... a family member took a home loan out with Oscar.
