Linda Harris was amazing!! She held our hands throughout the entire process. She was very prompt when responding to our questions. We had a few hiccups along the way, but Linda communicated well and helped us over every hurdle. We are very grateful for Linda and the rest of the PennyMac team for making our refinance as stress free as possible.

I expected better explanation when I called to enquire about some of the fees, costs, credits I was seeing on the updated paperwork which was not there in the estimate. The person I spoke with was short with no helpful answers. I gave up trying to understand the let it go.

Better communication periods. Realize that this transaction was during a holiday period of approximately, but there were periods of time that there were no communication, even to say that the process was still under review. I had to ask for the status a couple of times after not having any communication for a month.
