The refi process went smoothly and as expected; couple bumps but excellent communication from the service team alleviated my concerns. I enjoyed how PennyMac took advantage of the Document Portal to expedite processing. I did have one issue with the appraisal process and recommend PennyMac conduct an audit of the third-party providers they use in the Hampton Roads area. No change in value even after installing an entire HVAC system, remodeling a bathroom and values in the area increasing.
Refinance process was super easy!
