The part w/Ryan Tang was exceptional. He communicated well. After the case was handed down to the next processor that it went downhill. Granted updates were given that it was still "In Process". Took a month 4 refi to get approved. Have done refis b4 that took 24/48 hours only. Then agent 4 the title company came for the closing. So very unpersonable! Complaint has not worked on weekends for a while. Yawned all the time & did not even explain what we were signing. Quite an experience.

I was never asked if taxes and insurance should or should not be held. When I called PM customer service, I was told it would take 45 mins to make the change while I was put on hold. Instead, I requested that Clinton Martin return my call. Then I sent my own email to Mr. Martin to request he call me. That was 7 days ago and I still have not heard back. Disappointing.
