Abdul did an amazing job but felt the ball was dropped after being handed over, and not from him. Initial close date was supposed to be January 7th, was told the day before (maybe day of busy timeframe) that my wife someone dropped off of the paperwork even though she was on the original loan... had to wait a minimum of 7 days for the paperwork to process. Set up next available date. No show, no call, I had to reach out the next day and ask what happened. Set up again, and completed 27 Jan.
Tony & team were great to deal with! Easy and straightforward from start to finish...probably the easiest part of my move was the PennyMac portion. Only suggested change would be to review flexibility of charging for delayed closings if the market has decreased since lock as that cost could be absorbed. This is a policy issue and not something with which to penalize the team for. Overall enjoyed working with Tony, Beth and the Mac team!
Oscar Espinosa was very easy to work with ... as his manager Allen. I already have recommended Oscar / PennyMac ... a family member took a home loan out with Oscar.
